After purchase, you'll receive a download link by email. Download the .ex4 or .ex5 file, open MT4/MT5, go to File → Open Data Folder → MQL4/Experts (or MQL5/Experts), paste the file there, restart the terminal, and drag the EA onto your chart. Our team is available on WhatsApp if you need live help with setup.
My EA stopped working after an update. What do I do?

First, ensure you're using the latest version of the EA — check your download email for an update link or contact us on WhatsApp. Most issues after MT4/MT5 updates are fixed by re-compiling the EA or downloading the latest build from us.
Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products (instant download, unlimited license), we do not offer refunds on completed purchases. However, if you experience a technical issue we cannot resolve, we will work with you to find a fair solution. Can I use your EAs on a prop firm account?
